Please note if the address is rural and rural shipping isn’t selected it will hold up your order while we wait for the extra amount to be paid. We already absorb a lot of the rural cost so we appreciate the correct shipping rate being selected. If your unsure you can check on the post haste rural checker.
Orders are sent either same day or the following day at the latest depending on what time the order is made and how many orders we have to get out on that day. Of Course once it has left us it is out of our control when it will be delivered but most likely will be the above times.
All of our orders get sent via tracked courier with post haste and are to be signed for unless you state at checkout no signature which is then at your own risk. You will be sent a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Local Deliveries in Pyes Pa & The Lakes
We offer $5 same day local delivery for Pyes Pa & The Lakes area Only. (No surrounding or rural areas) We hand deliver these ourselves.
If no one is home and there is no where safe to leave their gift we will leave a card at their door to text us a suitable delivery time and we will redeliver.
All other local areas we will deliver via courier just as we do NZ wide.
We do not allow Pick ups due to our liquor license terms and conditions.
