Gift Cards/Messages

We can add a handwritten message in with your order either on a plain card at no charge or you can purchase a gift card from our range. Please leave your message in the notes section.

Sending straight to the recipient

Please don't forget to leave us with the address you wish to send to if not your own. Otherwise your order could be delayed if we have to follow up on this.

Faulty/Damaged Products Returns

We inspect all items prior to packing them. However on rare occasions a fault can be missed. If this is the case please email us and let us know what is faulty or damaged. If we can we will replace otherwise you will recieve a  refund. We do ask for the item to be sent back to us first in its original condition with tags so we can take photos of the fault to send our supplier. If it is faulty we can post you a courier bag to send it back. We give you 7 days from receiving your products to contact us with any product fault/damage.

Returns If you are unhappy with your product or it wasn't as you thought. (Wrong colour, size etc) we can offer you a store credit excluding postage. You will need to post back to us in original condition first.
