Local Delivery (Pyes Pa & The Lakes only)

  • $12 hand delivery (choose north island shipping at checkout but we will know to hand deliver if it's in our area.)

Free Shipping

  • Orders over $180 (excludes bulk orders)

  • North Island: 1–2 business days

  • South Island: 2–3 business days

  • Rural: add 2–3 business days

You’re welcome to include a preferred delivery date—we’ll do our best to meet it.

Important Notes

  • If rural shipping hasn't been selected for a rural address, your order will be delayed until the extra cost is paid. We already cover part of the rural shipping to make it more affordable.

  • Orders are dispatched the following business day or when we need to to get your order on the date you require. Keeping in mind we can't control delays with couriers.

  • All orders are sent via tracked courier with signature required (unless you choose “no signature” at your own risk).

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.

Local Delivery (Pyes Pa & The Lakes)
We offer $12 same-day hand delivery in these areas only.

If no one is home and there’s nowhere safe to leave the parcel, we’ll leave a card so the recipient can arrange redelivery.

All other areas are shipped via courier nationwide.
